1) The first step is to divide your site into specific sections or topics such as Company Profile, Products, Services, and Contact Information. When you click to each section, there should be a clear, visible title at the top of the page.

2) Your company logo should stay at the top of each page (section) which keeps a consistent look and feel to your web site.

3) The footer (information at the bottom of the page) also stays consistent throughout the site. This includes your company address, telephone numbers, fax number and eMail address. You may wish to add your logo along with the footer information.

4) A simple rule of thumb is to remember that 1 web page contains the amount of information usually found on one side of an 8½ x 11 inch sheet of paper.

5) If you have given us multiple disks, please make sure each disk is numbered. It would also be helpful if you labeled the format of the disk as MAC or PC. Don’t forget to put your company name on each disk.
